We are recruiting for an Estates Surveyor on a 3 month initial contract. The main purpose of this role will be to manage a mixed property portfolio (commercial and industrial) ensuring the business maximises its property portfolio and assets. You will be responsible for valuations, dealing with landlord and tenant matters, disposals and developments and maximising income.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced surveyor who is ideally RICS Certified or working towards or equivalent experience. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills as well as excellent negotiation skills.
This role can be full time or part time based. The role offers hybrid working with office attendance only when needed. Occasional local site visits within Kidderminster (minimal travel).
