We are seeking an experienced Housing System Programme Lead to lead the procurement and implementation of a new Housing & Repairs Management System. This is a high-profile, strategic assignment requiring someone with strong social housing, housing systems, procurement and programme delivery experience.
You will lead the project from procurement and supplier selection through to implementation, mobilisation and embedding new ways of working, working closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
We’re looking for:
- Significant housing system experience
- Proven experience procuring and implementing housing/repairs management systems
- Strong programme and project management expertise
- Experience delivering service transformation and organisational change
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A proven track record delivering complex projects to challenging deadlines
