Are you an experienced events professional with a passion for creating meaningful engagement opportunities? As an Events Manager for this Higher Education Provider you will independently manage a portfolio of bespoke and exclusive events that strengthen relationships with alumni, donors, advocates, and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Management: Plan, deliver, and evaluate events, including online, hybrid, and in-person formats.
- Support the planning and delivery of international events and annual receptions.
- Work with fundraisers, alumni relations, communications, and donor relations teams to produce engaging event content.
- Manage guest lists, liaise with suppliers, book venues, catering, A/V, and oversee event execution.
- Post-Event Follow-Up and analysis.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with:
- Proven experience in managing fundraising-related or alumni events from start to finish.
- Proven experience in Event Management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, balancing competing priorities.
- A proactive and creative approach to engagement.
