Are you an experienced HR professional who is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and shaping people policy? We're looking for an HR Consultant (EDI) to join our team and help influence how we support, engage and develop our workforce.
In this role, you'll:
- Develop and review HR policies and practices
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters
- Use workforce data and insight to support Equality Impact Assessments (EqIAs)
- Work closely with colleague networks to strengthen engagement and inclusion
