We are seeking a Mechanical Design / Process Design Engineer to help deliver cutting-edge energy solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the transition to a low-carbon future. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll lead the mechanical design of innovative Combined Heat & Power (CHP), Tri-Generation, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from concept through to commissioning. You'll produce detailed engineering documentation, develop process, piping and ventilation designs, perform mechanical calculations, co-ordinate CAD activities, and provide technical support throughout project delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering energy or power generation projects
  • Strong background in mechanical/process design, pipework, ventilation, CDM, and health & safety
  • Experience with AutoCAD 3D (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and project co-ordination skills
