The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, delivering strategic and operational HR support across a diverse service area. This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational change, lead a team of HR Advisors, and help create a high-performing, engaged workforce.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver people-focused solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead on workforce planning, organisational change, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Manage and develop a team of HR Advisors (3 direct reports), promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and restructures.
  • Use HR data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, Trade Unions, and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience).
  • Significant HR generalist experience, including operating as an HR Business Partner.
  • Proven experience leading change and working collaboratively with Trade Unions.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent HR services.
