Job Title: Senior Procurement Officer
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Procurement Officer to join a busy local authority on a 9-month initial contract.
The successful candidate will need to manage end-to-end tendering processes, including the current re-procurement of managed stores and the supply of goods for property and asset maintenance, including updating product catalogues.
The ideal candidate must have experience managing end-to-end procurement projects in the public sector, be CIPS qualified, and hold a certification in the new Procurement Act 2023.
This role will be hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office, with the possibility of 3 days on some occasions.
