We are currently recruiting for a Senior Procurement Officer to join a busy local authority on a 9 month initial contract. The successful candidate will need to run end to end tendering of projects including the current re-procurement of managed stores / supply of goods for property and asset maintenance including product catalogue update.
The ideal candidate must have past experience running end to end procurement projects in the public sector as well as being CIPS qualified and hold a certification in the new Procurement Act 2023.
This role will be hybrid based requiring 2 days per week in the office and possibly 3 days on occasions.
