Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working as part of the shop floor team, you will carry out tasks within the quality assurance guidelines to ensure products are manufactured to customer specifications and requirements, raising issues to Production and Quality Management.
Support and guidance will be available as you adapt and develop to their specific system/procedures.
Candidate Skills and Experience
- Previous quality assurance / quality inspection experience
- Experience with measuring equipment, verniers, etc.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and customer specifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Able to handle and move parts
Working Conditions and Benefits
- 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Mon – Thurs 7am – 3:30pm and Friday 7am to 2pm
- Opportunity for overtime during busy periods
- 21 Days Holiday per year + 8 UK Bank Holidays
- Onsite car parking
