Digital Transformation Manager in Manchester

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive a ambitious Digital Transformation Programme on a 6 month initial contract. As a Assistant Director of Digital Transformation, you will report to the Executive Director – Transformation and provide strategic leadership across the IT and digital services, ensuring they deliver on their corporate objectives and improve services for residents through digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Digital Transformation Programme from strategy to implementation.
• Shape and deliver the corporate IT strategy to support wider transformation goals.
• Advise senior leaders and councillors on digital opportunities and priorities.
• Champion innovation and accessibility, including the development of our council website.
• Embed best practice frameworks such as ITIL and TOGAF to ensure service excellence.
