Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for the energy sector? We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead high-value equipment supply and service contracts across major power generation projects.

Our client is a leader in providing innovative solutions to the energy industry, partnering with utilities and IPPs worldwide.

  • Lead contract negotiation and commercial execution for large-scale equipment (turbines, boilers, generators, auxiliaries).
  • Manage risks and maximize margins across EPC, O&M, and aftermarket projects.
  • Work closely with sales, legal, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience with legal documentation and standard forms such as NEC, MF1, Fidic, IChemE and JCT contracts.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction contract management.
  • Commercial management experience from a power station equipment supplier or heavy engineering background.
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-million-pounds projects and stakeholder relationships.
