We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operations Manager to to lead and optimise machining operations. You\’ll be responsible for the following: Leading the CNC machining team Ensuring safe, compliant operations across CNC machining, manual machining and fabrication. Maximising operational efficiency Delivering high-quality components Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Allocating workload and resources The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Proven CNC machine management experience Excellent planning and communication skills. Leadership skills Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement Confidence in managing people, resolving issues, and meeting production targets Team development, and cross-department coordination Mentoring and training machinists This role will be site based in Nottingham on a permanent basis and offering a salary of £42,000 – £48,000 plus benefits.
