Local Housing Manager (Permanent)

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Housing on a 12 month initial contract for a busy local authority. Your main role will be to lead the management, development, performance and continuous improvement of all Housing services including, Housing Needs & Homelessness, Tenancy Services and Rent, and Private Sector Housing. The ideal candidate will be an experience Housing Service Manager / Housing Manager / Head of Housing that the following skills and experience: Educated to Degree Level or equivalent relevant to Housing. Foundation degree/Level 5 qualification in housing management. Ideally Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) or working towards CIH or other relevant profession body.
