We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to lead the design and delivery of innovative, blended learning programmes that enhance management capability across this world leading Higher Education provider.
About the Role
This is a 12 month contract opportunity that sits at the heart of our efforts to equip managers—aspiring, new, and experienced—with the tools, confidence, and skills they need to thrive. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a range of development initiatives aligned with the Strategic Plan and People Plan.
Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders across academic, research, and professional services areas, you will:
- Lead the creation of high-quality management development programmes using blended learning approaches (in-person, virtual, and digital/on-demand)
- Use data and consultation to diagnose learning needs and ensure inclusive, accessible, and impactful solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to design and execute innovative development pathways
- Evaluate programme impact through both qualitative and quantitative methods
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with significant experience across the full learning and development cycle, particularly within management development. You’ll have:
- A strong track record of delivering end-to-end blended learning initiatives
- Experience working in complex organisations with a consultative approach
- A deep understanding of the varied needs of different levels of managers
- A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in design and delivery
- Confidence in using data to evaluate impact and drive improvement
Desirable qualities include experience with academic or technical leadership development, psychometric tools, and SharePoint content management and experience with Cornerstone LMS.
