We are currently recruiting for an Estates Service Manager on a 3 month initial contract but likely to extend. Your main role will be to provide professional estate management expertise, drive income generation, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation including:

  • Lead the estates management team
  • Budget management
  • Maximise income from the estate
  • Undertake asset acquisitions and lettings of assets
  • Work closely with Heads of Service and Asset Management Team
  • Ensure all commercial properties leased and licensed meet health and safety standards and also occupational agreements
  • Be accountable for all operational and commercial property transactions including occupational agreements, lease/contract tenancy arrangements, negotiating and managing rent reviews and service charges, landlord consents, income and debt management, property insurance, repairs, dilapidations, breach of covenants, commercial surveying and asset valuations

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estates Manager who has experience in a similar sector with experience managing an estate of properties and also a busy team. This role will be hybrid based working 2 days per week in Dorchester.

Day Rate: £400 - £500 per day Umbrella. Please apply for immediate consideration.
