We’re looking for an AI Adoption & Training Specialist to help drive the effective use of Microsoft AI technologies across this Higher Education provider on an initial 3 month contract. This role is central to ensuring staff can confidently and safely use tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance their day-to-day work. Working across Professional Services and student-facing teams, you’ll design and deliver engaging, role-based training programmes, build internal capability, and support lasting behavioural change to maximise the value of our AI investments.
What you’ll do:
- Assess AI readiness, skills gaps, and adoption barriers across teams
- Design and deliver structured training programmes and learning pathways
- Run workshops, hands-on sessions, and targeted coaching for teams
- Create practical training materials, including guides, prompt packs, and playbooks
- Establish a network of AI champions and support long-term adoption
What we’re looking for:
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI training programmes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to translate user needs into effective, engaging training
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, organised approach to driving change and adoption
Day Rate: £600 per day via umbrella company
Hybrid: 1-2 days as required for in-person training sessions, etc.
