We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Surveyor on a contract basis to work for a local authority. This role will be an initial 3 month contract but likely to extend.
Your main role will be to manage a commercial property portfolio ensuring we maximise value, reduce costs and increase returns as well as offering expert advice to senior leaders around the estates assets giving direction and assurance.
Typical assets can include commercial sites, industrial units, retail units and development land. You will deliver commercial arrangements (leases and acquisitions).
The ideal candidate will be experienced at managing a portfolio of commercial assets/property and will also be a Chartered Surveyor/MRICS.
Day Rate: £491 per day via umbrella company.
Hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office.
