Role Description: This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Harrogate, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Paraplanner will be responsible for supporting financial advisers by preparing client reports, conducting thorough research, analysing financial data, and creating tailored client recommendations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining up‑to‑date client records, and collaborating with the advisory team to deliver exceptional service. The role is integral to the delivery of our ongoing high‑quality consultation and advice processes.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong skills in conducting research, analysing financial data, and proficiency with financial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes, investment products, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high‑quality client documentation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment as well as independently.
  • Experience in a financial services or wealth management role is highly desirable.
  • A relevant qualification in financial planning, finance, or related disciplines.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards it is preferred.
