A leading leisure facility in the Tring area is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Team Leader to join its friendly and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lifeguard or leisure professional looking to take the next step into a leadership position within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The centre offers a wide range of modern sports and leisure amenities, including a refurbished swimming pool, sports hall, fitness studios, and outdoor sports pitches.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a leisure environment, a strong understanding of pool safety and day-to-day centre operations, and enjoy supporting and motivating a team. You should be confident, organised, and comfortable acting as a key point of contact for both colleagues and customers throughout the day.
