We're working with one of the UK's leading leisure operators to recruit an ambitious Sales Manager to lead the sales department at a busy leisure facility in Farnham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional within the leisure, health or fitness industry to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing sales team. You'll take ownership of membership sales, drive commercial performance and create a positive, motivated sales culture across the centre. The Role Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Drive membership growth and maximise sales opportunities. Monitor KPIs and deliver effective sales strategies. Coach and develop your team to reach their full potential. Deliver exceptional customer service and a strong member experience. Work closely with the wider management team to drive overall centre performance. What We're Looking For Previous sales management experience within leisure, health, fitness or a related industry . A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Commercially focused, energetic and results driven. Passionate about customer experience and developing people. Ambitious and looking to progress your career within the leisure industry.
