An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Swim Academy Lead to oversee a well-established learn-to-swim programme across two busy leisure facilities. This role is ideal for a passionate aquatics professional who enjoys leading people, maintaining exceptional teaching standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the swim academy while supporting its continued growth and commercial success.
As Swim Academy Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the swim programme across multiple sites, ensuring lessons are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards. Working closely with a large team of swimming instructors, you'll provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support, creating a positive environment where both colleagues and swimmers can thrive.
