We are recruiting for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality operation delivering world-class dining and guest experiences in a unique travel environment based in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with a strong background in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium travel, or high-end restaurant operations. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated restaurant team, ensuring impeccable service standards and creating unforgettable guest experiences at every touchpoint.

Working Pattern: Rota-based role. Required to travel and stay onboard for up to 6 nights at a time.
