The Opportunity An established luxury skincare brand is seeking a polished and commercially driven Luxury Skincare Advisor to join its flagship Central London location.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for premium beauty and skincare to represent a highly respected brand known for its results-driven products, innovation, and exceptional customer experience.
Working within an elegant boutique environment, you will deliver personalised consultations, build long-term client relationships, and provide expert skincare recommendations while contributing to the commercial success of the business.
The Role As a Luxury Skincare Advisor, you will act as a trusted skincare expert and brand ambassador, delivering a first-class client experience and driving retail performance through consultation-led selling.
Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored skincare consultations and personalised product recommendations.
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
Educate clients on skincare routines, ingredients, and product benefits.
Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and visual merchandising.
Support new product launches, promotional activities, and client events.
Host skincare consultations, masterclasses, and one-to-one appointments.
Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activity.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
About You The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury skincare, results-focused selling, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Experience & Skills Previous experience within luxury skincare.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and beauty trends.
Proven ability to build rapport and create loyal client relationships.
Commercially minded with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism.
Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working within a fast-paced luxury environment.
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends where required.

Basic Salary: £28,000 per annum c£34,000
