We're hiring casual Pool Responders and Lifeguards to join our team, working in Health clubs across London. This role is ideal for individuals with health club experience who excel in customer service and have high standards.
About the Role: This hybrid position combines both operational and front-of-house responsibilities, allowing you to make a lasting impact on member experience while ensuring pool safety.
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Supervise the pool area at all times, enforcing rules for a safe environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Perform rescues and first aid as needed.
- Conduct general poolside cleaning and upkeep.
- Report directly to the on-site manager.
