This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of leisure facilities, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with a strong sense of purpose—driving energy efficiency, improving asset performance, and reducing carbon impact to support healthier, more sustainable communities.
The Role
- Ensure statutory and contractual compliance across a regional portfolio
- Lead energy management initiatives, using data to optimise consumption and reduce carbon footprint
- Support asset management, including maintenance planning, lifecycle management, and budgets
- Provide technical guidance on HVAC systems, BMS, and electro-mechanical plant
- Support capital projects, mobilisations, and management of contractors and consultants
- Deliver clear and insightful performance and risk reporting
About You
- You will be a strong fit if you have:
- Proven knowledge of building services, compliance, and health & safety regulations
- Experience in energy management, ideally within leisure or similar environments
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and BMS controls
- Exposure to or involvement in ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems
- Confidence to engage and influence stakeholders across operational and senior teams
