The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Spa Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious spa and health club facility. This is a senior management role with responsibility for both the spa business and the wider health club operation, including fitness, wellness and leisure services.

You will oversee a large multi‑faceted operation featuring:

  • Luxury spa facilities and treatment services
  • Extensive gym and fitness facilities
  • Group exercise studios
  • Swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms
  • A team of approximately 15‑20 employees

This role requires a hands‑on leader who can drive revenue growth, maximise operational performance and inspire a high‑performing team while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the spa and health club.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team.
  • Drive commercial performance, profitability and budget achievement.
  • Monitor operational and financial KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction across all areas of the business.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers, partners and third‑party providers.
  • Support strategic business initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

About You
