We are looking for a Duty Manager who will thrive in a luxury spa environment and provide our residents with an unforgettable experience. You will open and close the facility, deliver group exercise classes, personal training and other services, and always be on top of your game-making sure you give your all to help residents make the most of their time within the spa.

The Role

  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
  • Promoting a thriving community within the Gym and Spa
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Gym and Spa while on shift
  • Actively seeking new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base
  • Working with the wider residential estate team to provide a first-class resident experience
  • Providing Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets

Requirements

  • REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience within the luxury gym, spa, or hotel markets
  • Confident swimmer

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous experience within the luxury gym, spa, or hotel markets
  • First aid and/or pool safety experience
