Leisure Duty Manager - East London (Temporary Contract - 4 weeks) Location: East London Type: Full-Time, Temporary Assignment Rate: £20 - £22 per hour (paid fortnightly) 4Leisure are currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join a busy leisure facility in East London. This is a temporary, full-time position with an immediate start. Role Overview: The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You will supervise staff, manage incidents, and uphold the highest standards in health and safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Daily operational management of the facility Supervision and support of front-line staff Ensuring smooth shift transitions and staff handovers Monitoring and maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards Managing incident reports and administering first aid when necessary Ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and industry regulations Essential Requirements: Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain) Pool Plant Operator (PPO) Certificate Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a leisure or similar environment Availability to work full-time, including early, middle, and late shifts, as well as weekends Apply Now: If this sounds like a Leisure Duty Manager position you are interested in, then please apply today!
