4Leisure Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for an experienced and motivated Leisure Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a charity-run leisure centre in Northwest London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leisure professional with great commercial understanding to take ownership of a high-profile facility, ensuring exceptional operational standards, outstanding customer experience, and alignment with the centre's wider charitable mission, while also driving financial performance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the leisure centre, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Develop and implement annual business and marketing plans with clear financial and performance targets.
  • Oversee budgets, income reporting, KPI tracking, and monthly management accounts.
  • Manage, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team including Duty Managers and operational staff.

We are looking for a confident and proactive leader with strong experience within the leisure industry, along with a solid commercial understanding and the ability to drive financial performance and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' management experience in the leisure industry.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Good financial awareness with experience managing budgets and reporting.
  • Confident IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Pool Plant Operator or RLSS qualification.
  • Health & Safety or NEBOSH certification.
  • Experience with booking systems and website updates.
