We are currently recruiting Duty Managers specifically for the Croydon area.

Role Overview

As part of our team, you will be offered flexible cover shifts across local leisure facilities, supporting smooth daily operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service and safety.

This is a key holder position, and you will be trained to open and close the building.

  • £17 per hour
  • Zero-hour contract with full flexibility
  • Freedom to choose and pick shifts that suit you

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) is required. Must have experience in a Duty Manager or similar team leader role.
