We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager to lead a busy leisure facility in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially minded individual with a strong background in leisure, fitness, hospitality, or multi-site operations.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial performance, and high operational standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing management team and wider staff team
  • Drive commercial performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and operational procedures
  • Develop staffing, recruitment, training, and succession planning strategies
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the local community
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery across all areas of the business
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive positive change within the operation
About You:
  • Significant management experience within the leisure, hospitality, or fitness sector
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong understanding of health & safety compliance and operational best practice
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a hands-on management approach
