This role is ideal for a passionate aquatics professional who enjoys leading people, maintaining exceptional teaching standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the swim academy while supporting its continued growth and commercial success.
The Role As Swim Academy Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the swim programme across multiple sites, ensuring lessons are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards.
Working closely with a large team of swimming instructors, you'll provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support, creating a positive environment where both colleagues and swimmers can thrive.
You'll also play a key role in driving the commercial performance of the swim school by increasing participation, maximising lesson occupancy, improving customer retention, and growing revenue.
