We're now expanding that mission by integrating expert Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy into our model of regular, proactive care.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate MSK Physiotherapist to join our growing team and work alongside our professional massage therapists.

Together, you'll help clients with injury recovery, pain management, movement, and rehabilitation; elevating how people experience musculoskeletal care.

About the Role

As a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, you'll play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of MSK conditions.

You'll support clients from their first session through long-term recovery and prevention, combining manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and education within a supportive, wellness-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment & Diagnosis
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to identify musculoskeletal conditions and disorders.
  • Formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and determine effective treatment strategies.
  • Treatment Planning & Delivery
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs.

Education & Empowerment

  • Provide clear, compassionate explanations of conditions and treatment options.
  • Promote self-management and long-term lifestyle strategies that enhance recovery and resilience.
  • Collaboration & Integration
  • Work closely with massage therapists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive, multidisciplinary care.
  • Help embed physiotherapy as part of TMC's holistic wellness model.
  • Professional Growth & Service Development
  • Participate in mentoring and supervision of junior staff or students (where applicable).
  • Contribute to service development, audits, and innovation to enhance our MSK offering.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience in MSK physiotherapy.
  • Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence in managing a varied caseload and adapting treatment plans.
  • Commitment to professionalism, clinical governance, and high-quality care.
