My client, a prestigious 5★ Leisure Management company operating high-end private developments across London, is recruiting an exceptional Duty Manager / Personal Trainer to join their elite team. These stunning facilities include cutting-edge gyms, beautifully designed swimming pools, spa and sauna areas, group exercise studios, treatment rooms, and dedicated relaxation zones.
The Role
- As a Duty Manager, you will be the central point of contact for residents and guests, delivering a first-class service while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Club.
- This hybrid role combines:
- Fitness floor presence
- Front-of-house excellence
- Operational and safety oversight
What Makes This Role Stand Out
- £13.85 per hour
- £30 per PT session (no rental fees or hidden costs)
- Full-time OTE: £27–30K+ — often exceeded by top PT performers

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in a similar Health & Fitness or 5★ leisure role
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident multitasker in a dynamic environment
- Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer (Group Exercise desirable)
- First Aid or RLSS Emergency Responder qualification (training available)
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-focused
Shifts include early, mid, late, and weekend rotations.
