Leisure Duty Manager – North London | Enfield | £17 per Hour Location: Enfield, North London Job Type: Zero Hours Assignment Rate: £17 per hour, paid fortnightly About the Role 4Leisure is currently recruiting for an experienced Leisure Duty Manager to join a busy leisure facility in Enfield, North London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leisure professional looking for a flexible position within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the facility, supervising staff, managing incidents and ensuring consistently high standards of health and safety, cleanliness and customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the leisure facility. Supervise, support and motivate front-line leisure staff. Ensure effective shift handovers and smooth transitions between teams. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation across the site. Manage incidents effectively and complete accurate incident and accident reports. Administer first aid when required and respond appropriately to emergencies. Maintain compliance with relevant leisure industry regulations and standards. Provide excellent customer service and deal professionally with customer queries or concerns. Support the wider management team with the safe and efficient running of the facility. Essential Requirements Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). Pool Plant Operator (PPO) qualification/certificate. Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one. Previous experience working as a Duty Manager, Leisure Duty Manager or in a similar leisure management role. Strong understanding of health and safety, pool safety and leisure facility operations. Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
