We are seeking enthusiastic Duty Managers / Personal Trainers to become a key part of our team in Woolwich! If you are a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer that is passionate about service, please read on. This hybrid role combines operational management, fitness training, and front-of-house responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to develop your career in two exciting directions: leisure management or building a thriving personal training client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Club, reporting directly to the Club & Spa Manager.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all resident and guest inquiries within the Club.
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience while managing fitness and operational duties.
  • Drive personal training opportunities with access to a high-net-worth clientele.

What's on Offer?

  • Hourly Rate: £13.85 per hour.
  • Personal Training Rate: £30 per session (no rental fees).
  • On Target Earnings (Full-Time): £27-30K+ with potential to exceed this through personal training sessions.
  • Contract: 24 hours per week. Evening and weekends.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the health and fitness industry, ideally in a 5* environment.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (Group Exercise certification preferred).
  • First Aid or RLSS Emergency Responder qualifications (training provided if needed).
  • Health and safety experience within a leisure facility is highly desirable.
  • A team player who is adaptable and organized.

Shift Pattern:

This role includes a mix of late shifts, with weekend rotations.
