We are looking for a driven, autonomous sales professional to join The Massage Company as a Corporate Wellness Sales Executive. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you own the entire process from lead generation to delivery and revenue. You will proactively build partnerships with companies, schools, hospitals, apartment blocks, and other organisations to deliver on‑site massage therapy events. You will cold outreach, organise events, coordinate therapists, ensure smooth delivery, and sell massage vouchers directly to employees and organisations. This is not a desk‑based role – you will be out in the field, building relationships and making things happen. If you thrive on autonomy, enjoy closing deals, and love seeing the direct results of your efforts, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively cold call, email, and visit companies, schools, hospitals, apartment blocks, and other organisations to secure on‑site massage events.
- Organise and manage the full event lifecycle: identify suitable venues/spaces, schedule dates, and coordinate logistics.
- Recruit, brief, and manage a pool of qualified massage therapists to deliver events alongside you or on your behalf.
- Deliver high‑quality on‑site massage experiences and use these events as opportunities to sell massage therapy vouchers and corporate packages.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients to generate repeat business, referrals, and ongoing wellness partnerships.
- Hit and exceed personal and team sales targets through both event‑driven voucher sales and direct corporate contracts.
- Manage your own diary, pipeline, and CRM records with full ownership and accountability.
- Represent The Massage Company professionally at all times and maintain excellent standards of service.
- You will have full autonomy and end‑to‑end responsibility for your territory and results. Success depends on your drive, organisation, and sales ability.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record in B2B sales, cold outreach, or business development (essential).
- Strong closing skills with the ability to sell both services and physical products (vouchers) face‑to‑face.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities – you should be comfortable speaking with decision‑makers (HR, Facilities Managers, Headteachers, etc.).
- Highly organised and self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple events and therapists simultaneously.
- Experience in wellness, fitness, spa, or hospitality sales is highly desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (mileage reimbursed).
- Confident working independently in a field‑based environment.
Personal Attributes
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you treat this role like your own business.
- Resilient and positive when facing rejection (cold calling is part of the job).
- People‑oriented with a genuine belief in the benefits of massage therapy.
- High energy and professional appearance.
Benefits
- Employee discount
- Flexitime
- Health & wellbeing programme
- Store discount
- Work from home
