This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role across a portfolio of modern, high-performing leisure facilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth, leading sales teams, and delivering impactful outreach strategies across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver successful outreach and lead generation campaigns
  • Drive sales performance through hands-on leadership and example
  • Manage, coach, and develop sales teams across multiple locations
  • Monitor team productivity, pipeline, and conversion rates
  • Execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
  • Inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance expectations
  • Ensure operational standards and procedures are consistently followed

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within leisure, fitness, or hospitality
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Confident managing multi-site teams and campaigns
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours and travel between sites

Working Pattern:

  • This is a fully site-based role (no remote working)
  • Includes one evening shift per week
  • Includes one weekend per month
