Club Manager – East London

Are you an ambitious leader in health & fitness with a passion for delivering premium service? I\’m recruiting for a Club Manager to head up a brand-new luxury club in East London development, and would love to hear from you if you\’re ready to take your career to the next level.

You\’ll be managing a cutting-edge luxury leisure facility for residents, with a newly built development that offers exceptional facilities. A strong operational background is essential, with experience in site opening or mobilisations an advantage.

What you\’ll do
As Club Manager, you\’ll be the face and engine of the facility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the leisure team to deliver a five-star experience to residents and guests.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations: pool and spa operations, treatments, personal training, classes, maintenance, health & safety.
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service, handling enquiries, developing the resident experience, building relationships with external practitioners and suppliers.
  • Driving revenue: achieving sales targets (memberships, PT, treatments), seeking opportunities for growth.
  • Managing quality control, performance reporting, compliance with finance and operational procedures.

You\’ll be hands-on, proactive, and motivated to deliver excellence in every aspect.

What you bring

  • A minimum Level 2 fitness qualification.
  • At least 2 years\’ experience in the fitness/leisure sector, ideally with exposure to luxury or high-end facilities.
  • Experience with pool or pool-plant operations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Comfortable with the administrative side: reporting, schedules, budgeting etc.
  • A leadership style that inspires, motivates, and pushes standards up.
  • Emergency responder qualifications (or willing to obtain)

Salary – Β£38K Per year
