Business Development Manager – Aesthetics - South West c.£60,000 + bonus + package The Opportunity We are partnering with a leading aesthetics organisation renowned for delivering premium devices, injectables and advanced skincare solutions into the UK medical aesthetics market. With a portfolio of globally recognised brands spanning dermal fillers, injectables, and cosmeceutical skincare, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth. As a result, they are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to accelerate commercial success across the South West of England. The Role This is a senior, field-based commercial role focused on driving revenue growth, strengthening key client relationships, and expanding market share. Key responsibilities include: Leading new business acquisition across your territory Managing and strategically growing high-value clinic accounts Promoting a premium portfolio of injectables and advanced skincare products Delivering product training and commercial guidance to practitioners Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to deepen account penetration Collaborating with marketing and clinical teams to maximise campaign impact About You We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional with a strong presence in the aesthetics market.
