The Opportunity Join a brand-new luxury aesthetics clinic in the heart of Notting Hill as an
Aesthetic Clinic Co-Ordinator
and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from first enquiry through to treatment completion and aftercare. This is a hands-on leadership position, combining front-of-house excellence with operational management, team supervision, and business growth initiatives as the clinic establishes itself as a leading destination for advanced aesthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities Managing the
patient journey
from initial enquiry through to treatment and follow-up. Overseeing bookings, consultations, treatment scheduling, and diary management. Preparing patients for treatments and ensuring a seamless clinic experience. Leading the front-of-house function to the highest standards. Supporting, motivating, and supervising the clinic team. Driving retail sales and treatment package conversions. Implementing and refining clinic systems, processes, and operational procedures. Assisting the business in working towards and maintaining CQC compliance and best practice standards. Handling patient queries and concerns with professionalism and care. Building strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and referrals. About You Extensive experience within an
aesthetic clinic, cosmetic, medical aesthetics, or luxury spa
environment. Proven supervisory, management, or clinic leadership experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong administrative and operational abilities. Positive, level-headed, and solution-focused approach. Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and customer service. Confident implementing systems and improving business processes. What's On Offer £37,000 - £42,000
