Our client – a well-established name in the professional beauty and salon distribution industry – is entering an exciting new growth phase and is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to spearhead their expansion.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, driving new partnerships and growing business across the Southern region.
The Role
- Develop and implement a business growth strategy within the spa, hotel, and beauty salon sectors.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the region.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing and education teams to create impactful campaigns, events, and brand activations.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring clients have access to the full portfolio of professional beauty and spa solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
- Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets to earn uncapped commission.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in business development or account management within the spa or professional beauty/skincare sector.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the spa or beauty industry.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully launching or growing premium beauty brands.
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident managing a field-based territory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury wellness experiences.
