4Leisure Recruitment is seeking an experienced Boat Yard Supervisor to oversee the daily running of a busy boatyard in Hayling Island. Boat lifting experience is essential, and you will lead the yard team, coordinate operations and maintain safety standards.
This full-time role is based on a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with a salary of £34,000 per annum. You will manage day-to-day operations, maximise yard space, and build strong relationships with boat owners, contractors and suppliers.
