Are you an Operations Manager seeking a new challenge, or a skilled Duty Manager ready to step up? We are looking for an ambitious, motivated leader to help drive the success of our large multi-facility leisure centre in Solihull.
As Operations Manager, you will take a senior role supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the business β driving income growth, achieving financial KPIs, and ensuring the highest health, safety, and operational standards. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
You will oversee both Wet and Dry facilities, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, leading on audits, and maintaining top-tier operational standards.
About You:
- Experience managing operations within a leisure or sports facility
- Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, and performance targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Knowledge of Wet and Dry operations
- NPLQ, PPO, and FAAW qualifications desirable (or willingness to obtain)
