Leisure Duty Manager - East London (Temporary Contract - 4 weeks)Location: East LondonType: Full-Time, TemporaryAssignment Rate: £20 - £22 per hour (paid fortnightly)4Leisure are currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join a busy leisure facility in East London. This is a temporary, full-time position with an immediate start.
Role Overview:
The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You will supervise staff, manage incidents, and uphold the highest standards in health and safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily operational management of the facilitySupervision and support of front-line staffEnsuring smooth shift transitions and staff handoversMonitoring and maintaining site cleanliness and safety standardsManaging incident reports and administering first aid when necessaryEnsuring compliance with all operational procedures and industry regulationsEssential Requirements: Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)Pool Plant Operator (PPO) CertificatePrevious experience as a Duty Manager in a leisure or similar environmentAvailability to work full-time, including early, middle, and late shifts, as well as weekendsApply Now: If this sounds like a Leisure Duty Manager position you are interested in, then please apply today!
