We're recruiting for a Marina Manager to lead a busy and prestigious marina site in Windsor. This role would suit someone from a hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operations background who thrives on delivering memorable customer experiences while driving business success.

The Role

This is a fully accountable site leadership position, where you'll oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure the marina consistently delivers a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
