We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Lifeguard to join a busy and well-established leisure centre in the Epping area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong lifeguarding experience who enjoys supporting a team, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends .
As Senior Lifeguard, you’ll play an important role in supporting the lifeguard team, ensuring the highest standards of pool safety, and helping to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
The role will include: Supporting and leading the lifeguard team on a day-to-day basis.
Maintaining excellent pool safety standards and completing regular checks.
Supporting the Duty Manager Responding confidently to incidents and emergencies.
Providing a high level of customer service.
Supporting the smooth operation of the leisure centre.
Helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment We’re looking for: A valid NPLQ qualification .
Previous lifeguarding experience.
Experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
A reliable and proactive approach to work.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and a varied shift pattern.
