Boutique Fitness Studio, South West London

£31,000 & £4,000-£7,000 OTE

A fantastic opportunity to join a high end fitness studio as a Sales Consultant in beautiful South West London! My client is a leading boutique fitness studio that focuses on Reformer Pilates, Hot Pilates, Barr and treatments. This role is ideal for an ambitious person with an already proven sales background who will be focused on the growing the membership base and delivering a top class member experience.

The main responsibilities of the Sales Consultant are:

  • Upselling the studio's services when making bookings.
  • Generating your own leads with pro-active approaches.
  • Touring prospective members around the club’s facilities.
  • Delivering first class customer service.
  • Working towards and exceeding personal and team targets.

The candidate:

  • Experience in working in a sales role and generating own leads.
  • Proven focus and desire to deliver top class customer service.
  • A background in a fitness studio that delivers yoga or pilates is ideal.
  • A positive and proactive attitude is a must.

This is an exciting and rewarding job which requires flexibility re shift times. There will be a mix of early, mid and late shifts, across 7 days a week. You will be reporting into the FOH & Sales Manager and will be expected to work closely in conjunction with them to help make the studio a success.
