An exciting opportunity to assist the opening of a brand new health and fitness club as Sales Advisor in the vibrant area of Acton! This is a unique opportunity to join an extremely fast-growing franchise business with big growth plans. The gym is a state-of-the-art boutique facility kitted out with top of the range equipment and technology. My client requires a dedicated and passionate Sales Advisor who is focused on growing the membership base and delivering a superb member experience.

The main responsibilities of the Sales Advisor are:

• Driving membership sales and creating awareness campaigns in the local community.
• Focusing on member retention and high levels of customer service.
• Developing marketing campaigns to attract new members while staying within budget.
• Working towards and exceeding sales budgets and KPIs.

The candidate:

• Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must.
• Ability to interact and be ‘hands on’.
• Experience in fitness and gym membership sales.
• A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources.
