4Leisure are proud to be supporting an international fitness brand in their search for a proven Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales performance in the Hospitality sector in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding revenues within hotels, resorts, and other luxury businesses. This Sales Manager position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and promote innovative products and solutions within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Proactively prospect and acquire new clients by researching, networking, and attending health and fitness industry events.
  • Sales Strategy: Create, develop and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sector targets.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers within your sector.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and showcase products and solutions to prospect clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations with clients, preparing and finalising contracts and agreements to close sales deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to ensure your region is on track to deliver performance targets.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the Hospitality sector preferably in the health and fitness industry.
  • A good knowledge of fitness equipment and current solutions available to the market.
  • You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A results-driven, focused and hungry sales professional who aims to exceed sales targets and who embraces face to face meetings throughout the EMEA region.

Additional Skills required include:

  • High level of literacy, numeracy & communication skills.
  • Computer literacy & knowledge of main IT software.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Clean driving license and willingness to travel 50% of the month.
